Nicole is so excited to offer Middle Eastern Fusion: Chef Nicoles Special Menu at NicolesKitchenLA in Beverly Hills on Wednesday , April 29th , 2025 from 6-9 pm. Nicole will be teaching a new and fun middle eastern style recipes that are easy to impress your friends, family, and loved ones. These recipes are inspirations from family recipes and Nicole’s travels throughout the Middle East. Nicole has created a simplified system from organizing your grocery shopping list, to preparing and cooking these delicious and colorful recipes!

Menu:

1. Beef Arrayas- Ground Beef and herbs grilled inside of fresh pita breads served with tahini chimichurri sauce

2. Roasted eggplant stuffed with herb walnut and tomato rice finished with feta and yogurt sauce

3. Saffron Harissa Roasted Chicken finished with roasted honey glazed cipolini onions and barberries served over hot bread

4. Little gem salad with roasted butternut squash, pickled onions, and caper dill dressing

5. Fennel Saffron and Zucchini Stew with crispy chickpeas + persian rice crumbs

A Note From Nicole:

1. NicolesKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills. Address will be sent to your email the day before class.

2.Parking is available on the street

3. Please arrive at 6 pm for appetizers. The cooking demonstration will begin promptly at 6:30 pm .. No exceptions.

4. Everyone will receive a menu packet.

5.The class will end at 8 pm. Dinner will be served from 8-9 pm

6. NicolesKitchenLA offers a complimentary tea/coffee/beverage station with cookies

7. Meat and chicken is always Glatt Kosher. We are a Kosher style kitchen, there is dairy and meat products present on the same table.

8. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions/ food allergies prior to signing up for the class, we will try our best to accommodate you.

9. NicolesKitchenLA does not have a refund policy under any circumstance. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Please advise.

10. If you are 21+, you are welcome to bring alcohol of your choice and we can chill it for you!

11. Please advise that this is a cooking class, all food served in class must be enjoyed in class, no food to be taken home beyond the point of our kitchen!
