Nicole is so excited to offer “ Basics to Persian Cooking : Cooking Demonstration” at NicolesKitchenLA in Beverly Hills on Tuesday , May 13th 2025 from 6pm - 9pm. Nicole will be teaching delicious Iranian Dinner Recipes along with fundamental techniques of Persian cooking, history, culture, all followed by a family style dinner so come hungry! This class is perfect for those who love Iranian cuisine and really want to perfect and learn foundational skills in an Iranian Kitchen!

Menu:

1. Traditional Saffron Basmati Rice with barberries and Tahdig

2. Khoresht Lapeh Bademjoon with beef (Red tomato stew with yellow split peas and beef)

3. Whole Roasted Juicy Saffron Chicken with mini roasted potatoes and caramelized onions & prune sauce

4. Braised Mini saffron beef kabobs with sour grapes, green peas, and limu amani

5. Persian Tomato and Saffron Rice with Potato Tahdig

Please Advise:

1. NicolesKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills. Address will be sent to your email the day before class.

2.Parking is available on the street

3. Please arrive at 6pm for appetizers. The cooking demonstration will begin promptly at 6:30 pm No exceptions.

4. Everyone will receive a menu packet.

5.The class will end at 7:30 pm. Dinner will be served from 7:30-9 pm

6. NicolesKitchenLA offers a complimentary tea/coffee/beverage station with cookies as well

7. Meat and chicken is always Glatt Kosher. We are a Kosher style kitchen, there is dairy and meat products present on the same table, however no dairy products are cooked with meat products, unless stated.

8. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions/ food allergies prior to signing up for the class, we will try our best to accommodate you.

9. NicolesKitchenLA does not have a refund policy under any circumstance. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Please advise.

10. If you are 21+, you are welcome to bring alcohol of your choice and we can chill it for you!
