NicolesKitchenLA is very excited to offer a special Mothers Day St Tropez Style Cooking Demo inspired by some of her travels to St Tropez on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 from 6-9 pm inside of NicolesKitchenLA located in Beverly Hills. Nicole will be teaching her take on some popular French / European flavors and recipes inspired from her travels throughout France so you can learn how to make these recipes in the convenience of your very own home!

The ticket price (1 ticket $160 ) . Mothers will be gifted a NicolesKitchenLA Box of Homemade Sohan Asali (Saffron Almond and Pistachio Brittle) and Daughter/Son will be gifted NicolesKitchenLA “ Nooshe” Joon Caps !

Menu:

1. Mushroom Truffle Galette with 4 types of Cheese with fresh picked herbs

2. Frisse x Mixed Green Salad with St Tropez Shallot dressing and roasted garden vegetables

3. Roasted Herb Stripe Bass with walnut + sun dried tomato + basil gremolata

4. Truffle Mushroom Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles

5. French onion roasted chicken served with scaloppini potatoes

   A Note from Nicole:

1. NicolesKitchenLA is located in Beverly Hills. Location will be sent to your email the day before class.

2.Parking is available on the street.

3. Please arrive at 6 pm for appetizers. The cooking demonstration will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. No exceptions.

4. You are welcome to bring alcohol of your choice, we will chill it for you!

5.The class will end at 7:30 pm. Dinner to be served after class until 9pm

7. Appetizers are dairy and vegatarian

8. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions/ food allergies prior to signing up for the class, we will try our best to accommodate you.

9. NicolesKitchenLA uses seasonal ingredients menu items are subject to change.

10. NicolesKitchenLA does not have a refund policy under any circumstance. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Please advise.

11. Meat and Chicken is Glatt Kosher, however dairy will be served at the same time. We are a Kosher Style Kitchen.
